Dried Beef Cheese Ball

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 sm. onion, finely diced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. fresh or
dried parsley
1 pkg. dried beef or
ham, cut into sm. pieces


Let cream cheese soften. Mix all the ingredients together, but use only half of the dried beef. Form into a ball and then roll in the remaining dried beef pieces. Refrigerate, preferably overnight.

Author's Comments

For variation, you can add shredded cheese.
