2 bunches | Dhania (fresh corriander) | 1/2 cup | olive oil | 1 tsp. | salt | 2 | Tbsp lemon juice | 1/8 to 1/2 | tabasco or | | hot sauce to taste |

Instructions
Wash dhania and discard the heavy stems.
Place by bunches in food processor, process until finely chopped
Add other ingredients with dhania in food processor and process a few seconds until blended well, but not mushy.
Serve as a cold dip with french bread slices, or toasted pita chips.

This is a unique dip, but well loved. Usually easy to make and with the herb going wild in the garden, the herb is always on hand out here where I live!
Although in America, I have seen it still selling cheap in the winter time as well.
