Rinse pork roast. Then rub pork with Adobo seasoning; cut small slits all over to insert the garlic cloves. Once finished pour 1/2 cup of Mojo Crillio Sauce on top. Place foil over large casserole pan. Bake at 350°F for 3 hours. Remove and test with a thermometer; it should be close but not done yet. Remove pork from pan and slice into small pieces. Pour additional 1/2 cup Mojo Crillio Sauce and spinkle more Adobo Seasoning on and bake for an additional 45 minutes.

You should be able to find the Goya and Mojo Crillio sauces in the Latino section of your grocery store. If you cannot find Goya Adobo seasoning ingredients at the store you can use a lot of garlic powder, salt and little pepper. Then for the mojo sauce it isn't like american barbecue sauce. This is orange juice, lemon juice, garlic and other flavors. Incredible on meat not sweet but garlic and tangy.
