CreamyGorg and Mascarpone Torte

1 lb. Belgioioso CreamyGorg cheese
1/2 cup honey
1 lb. Belgioioso Mascarpone cheese
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup walnuts


Lightly grease a spring form pan. Place a 1/2-inch layer of CreamyGorg on the bottom of the pan. Combine 1/4 cup honey with 8 oz. Mascarpone, and spread atop the layer of CreamyGorg. Drizzle with honey, cranberries and walnuts. Add another layer of CreamyGorg. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

Remove rim from springform pan. Place torte on serving dish. Combine remaining honey and Mascarpone, and spread around outside of torte like cake frosting. Sprinkle with cranberries and walnuts. Serve as an appetizer or dessert.
