1/2 cup raw cream
2-1/2 cup raw milk yogurt
2 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup raspberries, whole
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup agave nectar (a low glycemic, whole food sweetner)

Instructions

Chill the first 4 ingredients in the freezer for around 10 minutes. Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a whisk.

Add to ice cream maker and process until frozen, about 20 minutes.

I recently bought a cowshare from a local dairy farm, and have been really enjoying the raw milk and cream. Here is a recipe I created for a totally healthy frozen dessert!
