Cranberry Salad

1 lb. fresh cranberries, ground in blender
2 cups sugar
2 cups crushed pineapple, well drained
1 pint heavy whipping cream
Miniature marshmallows (optional)
Shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

Mix cranberries, sugar, and pineapple. Chill overnight.

Just before serving, whip cream and fold into cranberry mixture. Fold in marshmallows and coconut. Chill.
