1 cup (250) | cooked crabmeat, roughly chopped | 3/4 cup (175) | prepared seafood cocktail sauce | 1/4 cup (50) | mayonnaise | 1 | green onion, thinly sliced | 3/4 cup (175) | fresh or | | canned corn kernels | 1 | tub (200 g) Tre Stelle® Bocconcini Cheese, | | cut into 1/2” slices | 6 | 8” tortillas | 2 tbsp. (30) | butter, melted |

Instructions
In a medium bowl combine crabmeat, 1/4 cup cocktail sauce, mayonnaise, green onions and corn; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat barbecue or indoor grill or pannini press.
Spread approximately 1/2 cup of crabmeat mixture onto each of 3 tortillas; top evenly with Bocconcini Cheese slices and top again with remaining tortillas. Brush tortillas on both sides with melted butter and grill for approximately 2 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into wedges and serve with remaining cocktail sauce.
Makes approximately 12 wedges.
