Crab Dip

1 can crab meat or
8 shakes Worchestershire sauce
8 shakes Tabasco or
hot sauce
6 scallions, chopped fine
1 tbsp. dill weed seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese, softened (choose low-fat for calorie counters)
1/2 cup sour cream


Beat by hand or electric mixer: cream cheese, sour cream, dill, Tabasco, Worchestershire, scallions . Blend in crab at last. Chill. It is best to set for 3 hours, very best at 12 hours to set flavors. Serve with tortilla chips. Adjust flavor with Tabasco (more hot) by taste.
