1 cup cottage cheese, creamed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. salad dressing or
mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/4 cup coarsely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
1 dash pepper

Instructions

Mix ingredients in a blender, scraping sides of blender jar with a rubber scraper and reblending as required until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
