Dry Mixture:
Set oven to 400°F and grease muffin pan. Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Moist Mixture:
Stir moist mxture together with a fork and let sit 5 minutes. Add moist mixture to dry mixture all at once, and stir with a spatula until just combined. Drop by 2 spoons into 6 muffin cups.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cook on wire rack. Serve with butter.
