1/2 stick margarine
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1-1/4 cup rice, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. red pepper
2 cans beef consomme

Instructions

Sauté onion in butter until just transparent. Stir in rice and mix well. Transfer rice and onion to a 13x9-inch pan. Stir in consomme and seasonings. Mix well. Cover tightly with foil; bake 1 hour at 350°F.
