Instructions
Combine cabbage, onion,carrot and bell pepper in a bowl. In a sauce pan, combine vinegar,sugar, dry mustard, and celery seed; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in canola oil. Pour mixture over salad mixture and mix well. Refrigerate.
