Clementines with Balsamic and Black Pepper

8 sweet clementines (or substitute other sm. seedless citrus)
1 fl. oz. best-quality balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Peel and separate segments of clementines. In a mixing bowl, toss clementines, vinegar and sugar together and mix. Divide among 4 martini glasses, careful to get all the vinegar out of the bowl. Crack fresh pepper over the top and serve.
