Instructions
Combine the avocados, lemon juice, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth. Store in a glass container with plastic wrap pressed closely to the top of the pesto to prevent browning.

Works as a wonderful vegetable dip for chips, crackers, bread, or crudité.
