    | 1 cup | butter, melted |  | 1-1/2 cup | brown sugar |  | 2 | eggs |  | 2 cups | flour |  | 2 tsp. | baking powder |  | 1 tsp. | baking soda |  | 1/2 tsp. | salt |  | 2-1/2 cup | oats |  | 1 pkg. | butterscotch chips |

Instructions
Mix together butter, brown sugar and eggs. Beat until creamy. Add flour, baking powder & soda, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Add oats. Mix thoroughly. Add butterscotch chips. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 1/2-1 hour. Place spoon-sized balls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove and place on cooling racks.
