Ingredients
2 | Tbsp Olive Oil | 3 cloves | Garlic | 2 | Brown Onions | 1 | Leek | 1 | Parsnip | 1 | Turnip | 3 | Carrots | 2 | Chicken Breasts | 6 | Middle Bacon Rashers | 1 | Chicken or | | Vegetable Stock Cube | 1 | Tsp Salt | 1 | Tsp Ground Black Pepper | 1 | Tbsp Chives |

Instructions
1) Roughly chop the vegetables and meat (Chunkier the better)
2) Put Oil, Garlic, Onion, Chives & Leek into a large pot and fry until soft.
3) Boil a jug of water.
4) Add Chicken & Bacon to the pot and cook for 1 min.
5) Add boiling water salt and stock cube to the pot.
6) Add Turnip, Carrots, Parsnip.
7) Cook on High for 15 Mins
8) Skim the surface of the soup.
9) Reduce heat and cook on Medium for 35 Mins.
10) Serve & Eat ^_^
