Ingredients
1 clove | garlic, smashed | 3 sprigs | fresh dill | 1-1/4 cup | water | 1/2 cup | Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs) | 1-1/2 tbsp. | sea salt | 1 | jalapeno sliced (optional for spicy version of recipe) | 6 | lg. pickling cucumbers |

Instructions
Mix Brine ingredients in a blender or put in a quart jar and shake. Cut ends off cucumbers and slice lengthwise into pickle strips. Add to Brine. Cover Brine jar with paper towel or coffee filter. Rubber band it on the jar and let sit out on counter for 3 hours.
Move jar to cold storage.
