Instructions
Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp. salt; stir into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts (mixture will be stiff). Drop by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on pre-heated waffle baker. Bake about 1-1/2 minutes. Cool on a rack. Sift powdered sugar over.
