Chocolate Upside-Down Cake

2 cups | all-purpose flour | 1/2 tsp. | salt | 1-1/3 tbsp. | baking powder | 1 cup | milk | 1-1/3 tbsp. | butter, melted | 2 squares | unsweetened chocolate, melted |
Sauce
1-1/2 cup | sugar | 1-1/2 cup | brown sugar | 6 tbsp. | cocoa | 3 cups | boiling water |

Instructions
Cake:
Combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder together. Add milk and mix. Melt chocolate and butter together in a separate dish. Cool slightly then add to the cake batter and mix well. Pour mixture into a buttered 9x13-inch pan.
Sauce:
Combine sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa together and sprinkle over the cake batter. Carefully pour boiling water over the top. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
