1/2 cup | margarine or | | butter | 1 cup | sifted flour | 1 cup | chopped pecans |
First Filling Layer
1 pkg. (8 oz.) | Philadelphia Cream Cheese | 1 cup | powdered sugar | 1 cup | thawed Cool Whip |
Second Filling Layer
1 pkg. (4 oz.) | instant chocolate pudding | 1 pkg. (4 oz.) | instant vanilla pudding | 3 cups | cold milk | 1 | sm. Hershey Chocolate Canday Bar, grated |

Instructions
Mix margarine, flour, chopped pecans together and spread in the bottom of a 9x13x2-inch baking pan. Bake on 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool until completely cold.
Mix the cream cheese, powerdered sugar, whip cream together and spread it over the cooled crust. Blend until thick and pour over whipped cream filling mixture. Top with remaining cool whip, grate one small Hershey bar and sprinkle over cool whip.
May also add small amount of chopped pecans to top. Place in refrigerator to cool and setup.
