3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
4 tbsp. sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Beat on low speed until well blended. Stir in dry ingredients by hand until well moistened. Place in 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes. Cool in pan; cut into squares to serve.
