Ingredients

1 cup Half-and-Half, scalded
1 cup chocolate chips
1 egg
1 dash salt
1 tbsp. Creme de Menthe
2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

Combine first 5 ingredients in blender container. Process on high for 1 minute. Pour into serving dishes. Chill until set. Top with whipped cream.
