Kid friendly, simple, not too many ingredients. I used top quality cocoa powder to maximize chocolate flavour and omitted the icing. Instead of the icing I drizzled with melted dark chocolate, simpler and not so calorie-laden. Also, I weighed each scoop of batter, 20 or so grams and formed into a ball by rolling between palms - identical, round cookies were the result. Will definitely make for my daughter and friends!
