6 oz. semisweet chocolate
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

Combine chocolate and butter in top of double boiler; cook until melted. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth. Spread over cheesecake while glaze is warm.
