Marinate the figs in Amoretto for 2 hours minimum. Spread the mascarpone cheese over the homemade pizza base. Place figs on top along with rest of ingredients in order listed. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 220°C/425°F.
The figs marinated in amoretto galliano give this dessert pizza a very interesting and moreish flavour- cos you just gotta have more of it!
