Instructions
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except whole almonds,chill 2 hours.shape into 1-inch balls . top each with whole almond if desired. store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes about 6 1/2 dozen.
Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat,stirring constantly until smooth.blend in sugar,cream and vanilla.chill about 30 minutes .shape into 1/2-balls and roll in nuts. store in fridge. makes about 4&1/2 dozen.
