Ingredients
1-1/2 cup | graham cracker crumbs | 1/2 cup | brown sugar, packed | 1/2 cup | flour | 1/2 cup | margarine, melted | 1 can (14 oz.) | sweetened condensed milk | 1 pkg. (7 oz.) | flaked coconut | 1 pkg. (12 oz.) | semisweet chocolate chips | 2 tbsp. | chunky peanut butter | | Chopped peanuts |

Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Press mixture into anungreased 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Combine condensed milk and coconut, mixing well; spread over crust. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts; spread over coconut layer. Garnish, if desired. Cool and cut into bars.
