| 1 pkg. (1-1/8 lb.) | chocolate fudge cake mix | | 10 oz. | semisweet chocolate | | 2 pkg. (5-1/4 oz. each) | chocolate fudge pudding mix | | 1/2 cup | walnuts, chopped | | 1-1/2 cup | mayonnaise |

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix in mayonnasie. Shape dough by 2 tablespoonfuls into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, spacing 2-inches apart. Bake about 12 minutes. Cool.
