Preheat oven to 375°F. Beat butter at medium speed until creamy; add sugars and pudding mix, beat well after each. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, and soda; gradually add to butter mixture; beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans; drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9 to 11 minutes. Cool and store in airtight containers. May be frozen for 6 to 8 months.
These were easy to make an tasty. Essentially a Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie recipe, but with chocolate pudding mix added. These will make mouths happy. :)
