Stir together melted butter, sugar, nuts and flour. Press into 2 pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
Blend Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar together with a mixer until smooth. Spread into cooled pie shells. (It is very important that this layer is allowed to cool before placing the pudding on it otherwise it wont set right.)
Make pudding as directed on package, but with less milk than indicated on the package. *I always use the Jello pudding. Cool pudding completely. Layer onto the cool whip layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with chocolate curls.
