64 caramels
10 tbsp. milk
2 cups flour
1-1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cup melted butter
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Instructions

Melt caramel with milk, then cool. Blend flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, baking soda, salt and butter. Put half of oatmeal mixture in 9x13-inch buttered pan and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F.

Put chocolate chips over crust. Drizzle caramel over chocolate chips and sprinkle rest of oatmeal mixture on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
