Ingredients
1 | devils food mix | 1 cup | water | 1/3 cup | vegetable oil | 3 | lg. eggs | 1 tsp. | vanilla extract | 1 cup | sour cream | 2 pkg. (12 oz. each) | semisweet chocolate chips | 1/3 cup | seedless raspberry jam | 3 tbsp. | butter | 2 cups | powedered sugar |

Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup sour cream in large bowl. Using mixer beat batter for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Divide among two 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes, remove from pans.
Bring jam and butter to simmer. Remove from heat add 3 cups chocolate chips; stir until they melt. Beat in 3/4 cups sour cream and sugar. Beat 2 minutes. Frost cake.
