1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar using electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread into bottom of 13x9-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 275°F (140°C) for 45 minutes or until lightly golden around edges. Cut into bars. Cool.
