Ingredients
Salad
1 head | iceburg lettuce | 4 | green onions | 1 cup | diced, cooked (boiled) chicken | 1 pkg. | chicken ramen noodles, cooked and cut up |
Dressing
1/2 cup | vegetable oil | 6 tbsp. | rice vinager | 4 tbsp. | sugar | 1 tsp. | salt | 1 tsp. | pepper | 1 pkg. | chicken ramen seasoning | 1/2 cup | sliced almonds |

This has become one of my families favorites. I toast the almonds before adding to salad. This gives them a little more flavor.
Also try subsituting shrimp and shrimp flavored noodles.

It was really good..really easy..really fast. I used leftover BBQ chicken breasts...delicious. My husband and son were looking for MORE !!

ABSOULUTLY WONDERFUL!!! I really think it does make it more tasty if you add toasted almonds. my family loves it and is always asking for more.

I add dried cranberries to this...its incredible...

This salad is best with napa chinese cabbage, or you can even use pre shredded cabbage in a bag if you're in a big hurry.

This was great, I didn't cook the ramen, I left them crunchy. It was delicious!!!

THis was delicious, I also used Napa Cabbage. I also used chicken nuggets and cut them up for the chicken.

Instructions
Chop lettuce, green onions and ramen noodles. Add boiled chicken. Combine all mentioned above.
Dressing:
Mix together all dressing ingredients. You should preferable make dressing 3-4 hours before serving to bring out flavoring and refrigerate.
When ready to serve mix in almonds and pour all dressing in salad and serve :)
