I love this recipe -- I did a search for this exact recipe as my mother used to make it for us when we were growing up. It's perfect! I actually used it when I was making my first meal for my first boyfriend in college 15 years ago:) He was wowed and it was so, so simple. Thanks for putting this up!

Instructions
Flatten chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper. Spread each breast with 1 teaspoon butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place 1 slice of cheese on each piece of chicken, then roll and tuck ends, fastening with toothpicks if necessary. Coat lightly with flour. Dip in egg. Roll in bread crumbs and arrange in a baking dish. Melt remaining butter and add parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme.
Pour butter mixture over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350°F. Pour wine over chicken and baste with butter drippings; bake 20-30 minutes longer. Remove toothpicks and serve.
