Ingredients
5 tbsp. | vegetable oil | 1/2 qt. | curry sauce | 1 lb. | chicken cooked (*) | 1 tsp. | salt | 1 dash | chili powder | 1 tsp. | garam masala | 1/2 tsp. | ground cumin | 1 dash | ground fenugreek | 1/2 | tomato, thinly sliced | 1 tbsp. | finely chopped green coriander |

Instructions
Heat the oil in a large dep frying pan. Add the curry sauce and bring to a boil. Without reducing the heat, add salt, chili powder and chicken; continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in garam masala, cumin and fenugreek; simmer for a further 2-3 minutes. Put the sliced tomato and half the coriander and cook another 2 minutes. Skim off any excess oil, garnish with remaining coriander and serve.
