Chicken and Spinach Soup

1 onion, chopped
6 chicken breasts, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1 bunch fresh spinach, chopped (leave out stalks)
4 md. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cube chicken stock
1 qt. warm water
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup fresh cream

Instructions

Chop onion and chicken, fry until brown in soup pot. Dissolve stock cube in warm water; add to pot. Peel and cube potatoes, add. Rinse spinach, add. Bring to a slow boil. Add salt and pepper. Add cream before serving.
