1 sm. breast chicken, cooked, chopped, warm
1/2 cup rice
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. adobo seasoning with pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Mix chicken and rice. Mix with sour cream and adobo. Serve lukewarm or cold immediately.

Author's Comments

This was one of my favorite lunches when I was in high school. It's not the most healthy recipe in the world, but it's tasty. It's a great way to use up left-over chicken.
