Heat oven to 350°F. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs; blend thoroughly. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in toffee bits. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
Dear Elisha. If you wanted to make toffee (by the way... it has two e's on the end) why did you pick a recipe that specifically says "cookie" at the top of it! Your really bright!
These cookies are awesome. Everytime I make them people rave about them. Now I am having a hard time finding Skor Toffee Bits. Can anyone help???

My son loves these cookies and has come out into the kitchen 4 times to sneak one of these cookies. We love them and I foresee them being a holiday favorite for years to come.
My friend and I made these cookies yesterday and they turned out great. Unfortunately, she added milk, but other than that I think these cookies are amazing!
Although the cookies were delicious they did not keep form very well and we had to chisel the cookies off the pan. Another recipe that i found similar (but keeps it shape) is the toffee square recipe on the toffee package.
