1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can (1-1/4 lb.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (1-1/3 lb.) cherry pie filling
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup pecans, chopped


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Chill overnight.

This recipie has been in my family for years, we call it christmas salad. Why we call it that, I dont know. The only difference between this salad and ours is that we add a small bag of marsh mallows and omit the nuts. It is a nice variation.
