In a small saucepan mix together reserved cherry juice, all
purpose flour and orange liqueur; cook on medium/low heat
until mixture begins to thicken ““ approximately 5 - 7 minutes. Remove from heat; allow to cool; add cherries and refrigerate. In a medium bowl, combine Mascarpone, brown sugar and confectioners sugar; beat with an electric mixture on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Carefully add cocoa powder and vanilla; continue beating until combined. Gently fold in whipped cream. Spoon mixture into parfait cups alternating layers with Bing cherries and amaretti cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
