1 can (398) | pitted Bing cherries, drained,juice reserved | 1 tbsp. (15) | all purpose flour | 1/4 cup (50) | orange liqueur | 1 cup (250) | Tre Stelle® Mascarpone | 1/2 cup (125) | brown sugar | 1/2 cup (125) | confectioners sugar | 1/2 cup (125) | cocoa powder | 2 tsp. (10) | vanilla extract | 2 cups (500) | whipping cream, whipped | 1 pkg. (375) | amaretti cookies, crumbled to make 1 1/2 cups |

Instructions
In a small saucepan mix together reserved cherry juice, all
purpose flour and orange liqueur; cook on medium/low heat
until mixture begins to thicken ““ approximately 5 - 7 minutes. Remove from heat; allow to cool; add cherries and refrigerate. In a medium bowl, combine Mascarpone, brown sugar and confectioners sugar; beat with an electric mixture on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Carefully add cocoa powder and vanilla; continue beating until combined. Gently fold in whipped cream. Spoon mixture into parfait cups alternating layers with Bing cherries and amaretti cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes approximately 4 - 6 servings
