2 pkg. (8-1/2 oz. each) | Jiffy cornbread mix | 2 | eggs, beaten | 1/2 cup | milk | 1/2 cup | plain yogurt (or vanila flavored) | 1/2 cup | shredded cheddar cheese | 2 tsp. | chopped canned jalepeno's with seeds removed |

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the cornbread mix, eggs, milk and yogurt until blended. Stir in cheese. Pour into greased, pre-heated 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake at 400°F for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cut into squares. Butter the top crust if desired, serve warm.
