Cheese Pie

1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 cup cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 unbaked 9-inch pie pastry or
1 10-inch flat scalloped quiche pan, pastry lined


Preheat oven to 400°F. Grate cheese and stir in flour. Beat eggs. Stir cream and seasonings into eggs. Line the bottom of pastry with the cheese. Pour on eggs and cream. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.

Great recipe! However, the instructions were rather vague. Try re-writing them in sequential steps, so people actually know what order to put the ingredients in. Other than that, we kind of had to wing it, but it turned out great.
