Ingredients
SHELL
| 6 oz. | Softened Cream Cheese | | 2 sticks | Soft Oleo or | | Butter | | 2 cups | Flour |
FILLING
| 1 pkg. | Light Kraft Caramels | | 1/2 cup | Evaporated Milk |
ICING
| 1/2 cup | Oleo or | | Butter | | 1/2 cup | Crisco | | 2/3 cup | White Sugar | | 3/4 cup | Evaporated Milk | | 1 tsp. | Vanilla |

Instructions
SHELL:
Beat together cream cheese and butter. Gradually add in flour. Mix well, and form into small tart pan. (Or mini muffin pan). Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
FILLING:
In a medium sized saucepan, stir together milk and caramels over medium-low heat until melted and smooth. *Stirring constantly to avoid scorching. Spoon into baked tart shells, and let cool completely.
ICING:
Beat all ingredients together until mixture stands in stiff peaks. Spoon or pipe on top of cooled caramel cups. Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
