| 2 tbsp. | instant coffee | | 2 tbsp. | orange juice | | 2 tbsp. | brandy flavoring | | 7 oz. | marshmallow creme | | 3 cups | crushed chocolate wafer crumbs | | 1 cup | chopped pecans | | 1 tbsp. | orange peel | | 2 tbsp. | cocoa | | 2 tbsp. | powdered sugar | | Coconut, to coat truffles |

Instructions
Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavoring. Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer. Add crumbs, pecans and peel. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and powdered sugar. Roll remaining balls in coconut. Chill.
