1 recipe | pizza dough | 1 recipe | pizza sauce | 2 cloves | garlic, minced | 6 oz. | Canadion bacon, sliced * | 1/2 lb. | sliced provolone cheese | 1 | orange bell pepper, sliced | 6 | crimini mushrooms, sliced | 1/4 cup | shredded Pecorino Romano cheese | 1/4 cup | shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese | | Basil | | Oregano | | Olive oil |

I have to tell you - I added this recipe to Foodgeeks 5 years ago and this is still hands-down my favorite pizza. When I make this people flip out about the flavor combination of the bacon, mushrooms and bell peppers.

Instructions
Prepare pizza dough and spread onto pizza pan. Cover with pizza sauce. Sprinkle minced garlic over sauce. Place provolone atop sauce. Arrange bell pepper and mushrooms over provolone. Spread Canadian bacon evenly over top. Sprinkle the shredded cheeses over top. Garnish with dried basil and oregano. Brush crust lightly with olive oil. Bake at 425°F for around 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
