1 lb. | fettuccine, cooked al dente | 3 tbsp. | olive oil | 2 tbsp. | minced garlic | 1 | md. onion, julienned | 1 | sm. red bell pepper, julienned | 1 | sm. green bell pepper, julienned | 1 cup | thinly sliced andouille sausage, | 1 cup | heavy cream | 1/4 cup | grated Parmesan cheese | | McCormick's Cajun chicken seasoning to taste | | White wine for deglazing pan | | Black pepper to taste |

Instructions
Heat a large saute pan on high heat, add olive oil, garlic, bell peppers and sausage cook till sausage is done stirring constantly deglaze pan with white wine. add heavy cream,parmesan cheese and cooked pasta stirr and season with McCormick's Cajun seasoning to taste, add black pepper to taste. (lots of love in this dish)
