1 | cabbage, cut in eighths | 2 slices | bacon, cut in pieces | 1 | sm. onion, finely chopped | 1 lb. | ground beef | 3 cups | cooked rice | 2 cans (10 oz. each) | bisque of tomato soup | | Salt and pepper |

Instructions
Cook cabbage, cool, remove cores. In medium fry pan, cook bacon and onion until onions tranparent, add ground beef; cook until meat is no longer pink, add cooked rice, salt and pepper; mix well. In large greased casserole dish, layer cabbage leavels and beef mixture, using three of cabbage and 2 of beef. Pour soup over, covering leaves, cover. Bake at 375°F for 1 - 1 1/2 hour, uncovering for last 20 minutes.
