Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Butter and dust cookie sheet with flour. Place whites in the bowl of an electric mixer and whip to soft peaks. Add sugar steadily and beat 2 minutes. Stop machine and add flour, vanilla, amaretto and cocoa powder. Mix 1 minute and stop machine. Stir in nuts quickly and place 2-inch blobs on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes until crisp. Remove and allow to cool.
