Ingredients
1 cup | all-purpse flour | 3/4 cup | unsweetened cocoa powder | 1/2 tsp. | baking soda | 1/4 tsp. | salt | 3/4 cup | butter | 1-1/2 cup | light brown sugar, firmly packed | 3 | eggs | 1 tsp. | vanilla | 1 cup | unsalted peanuts, chopped | 1 pkg. | peanut butter chips |

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt onto wax paper. Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a medium-size bowl with electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in dry ingredients; beat untilsmooth. Fold in 1/2 cup of the chopped nuts. Pour into greased 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Remove pan from oven to wire rack; sprinkle with peanut butter chips. Let stand about 5 minutes, then spread evenly with a small metal spatula. Sprinkle with remaining nuts, patting down gently. Cool; cut into bars
